Prices and Payment Options
We are able to offer three payment options to clients for the provision of the Home Information Pack, these are as follows:
Standard Up Front Payment HIP
Full payment due at the time of the Energy Performance Certificate inspection. Freehold property £260, leasehold property £295.
Two part Up Front Payment HIP
Part payment due at the time of the Energy Performance Certificate inspection with the balance due on completion of the HIP. Freehold property £265, leasehold property £300.
Deferred Payment HIP
Payment is deferred for 9 months or until the property is sold, whichever is the soonest. Terms and Conditions apply. Freehold £350, Leasehold £400.
Energy Performance Certificates
If you are purchasing a complete HIP the cost of the EPC is included however if you require a stand-alone EPC, e.g. for rental, then the cost is only £65. We are currently able to produce the EPC within 24 hours of inspection therefore minimising any delay in the property being viewed by prospective clients.
There is no VAT payable on these prices. We do not charge extra to receive one printed copy of the Home Information Pack; many companies do not provide printed copies or if they do so it is at an extra cost.
